Follow-up outcome is still missing.
Creator Network OS
Run your creator network from one clear operating view.
Bring daily creator reviews, performance gaps, follow-ups, onboarding, escalations and approvals into a role-aware operating system—grounded in the sources your network authorizes, with every decision kept under human control.
The current demonstrable pilot focuses on daily review and follow-up. Onboarding, escalations and broader approval workflows remain optional expansion scopes.
Goal gap needs a current snapshot.
Onboarding checklist is due today.
Illustrative, client-brandable interface with sample data. The interaction sends and stores nothing.
01 / THE OPERATING PROBLEM
Your platform shows activity. Your operating system shows what to do next.
Platform dashboards, spreadsheets and conversations each hold part of the picture. NMW OS organizes responsibility, follow-up and human decisions around those sources—without replacing the tools your network already uses.
Who needs attention today?
See the assigned creators that require review, with a visible reason rather than a black-box score.
What is the verified performance gap?
Separate an available, current source from a missing or stale one before acting on a gap.
Which follow-ups are overdue?
Bring the last outcome, next date and responsible role into one traceable record.
What is waiting for an owner or approval?
Make exceptions and decisions visible without turning a recommendation into an automatic action.
02 / DAILY OPERATING RHYTHM
A daily rhythm the whole network can see and govern.
Start with everyone in scope, surface explainable priorities, and preserve the human outcome of every important follow-up.
-
01
Review everyone
Confirm a clear review state for every assigned creator.
-
02
Prioritize with a visible reason
Show the condition, source and freshness behind the priority.
-
03
Follow up and record the outcome
Capture the important result and the next follow-up date.
-
04
Escalate or request approval
Prepare the context while keeping the decision with the responsible person.
-
05
Preserve an auditable history
Keep important changes, decisions and corrections traceable.
03 / ROLE-AWARE OPERATIONS
One operating system. A relevant view for each role.
The operating model starts with assignment and permission boundaries. Each role sees the work it is responsible for—not an unrestricted view of the network.
Executive operating view
See network health without losing the decision trail.
Review completion, exceptions and approvals roll up into a concise operating view, while the underlying responsibility remains visible.
- Network operating health
- Review completion
- Open exceptions
- Decisions and approvals
Team coordination view
Find gaps in coverage before they become invisible work.
Coordinate review coverage, workload and unresolved follow-ups without editing a manager's record in their name.
- Team review coverage
- Overdue follow-ups
- Unresolved escalations
- Data freshness and workload
Assigned creator view
Know who to review, why, and what should happen next.
Keep the daily list focused on assigned creators, explainable priorities and the history needed for the next human action.
- Assigned creators only
- Today's priorities and reasons
- Performance and goal-gap context
- Follow-up history and next action
04 / INTERACTIVE OPERATING VIEW
Ask an operating question. See the reason, source and required human step.
The interaction below runs entirely in this page. It sends, stores and retrieves no data.
Five assigned creators need a review today. Start with CR-104 because an important follow-up is overdue and its source is current.
- Why this is a priority
- An overdue follow-up has a current source and a named owner.
- Source
- Daily review list + follow-up log
- Freshness
- Updated today at 08:10
- Proposed next step
- Open CR-104, review the previous outcome, and confirm the next follow-up.
05 / CAPABILITY STATUS
A clear line between what can be demonstrated and what requires expansion.
The current evidence supports a controlled, synthetic-data pilot workflow. Broader assistant, data and workflow capabilities remain optional scopes until separately designed, approved and validated.
A focused daily review and follow-up workflow
Demonstrable locally with synthetic data; not a claim of a live customer deployment or completed production acceptance.
- Daily creator review
- Explainable priority view
- Follow-up history and next date
- Role-aware visibility
- Source freshness indicators
- Human-controlled review actions
Additional controlled-pilot evidence: audit history is evidenced in the isolated pilot, but it is not reproduced or stored by this page interaction.
Modules designed only after source and governance approval
These scopes are not presented as deployed. Each requires its own data, permission, workflow and integration decisions.
- Role-specific intelligent assistant
- Verified performance and goal-gap modeling
- Creator recruitment and onboarding
- Escalation preparation and tracking
- Published policy and training guidance
- Broader approval workflows
- Approved data imports and integrations
06 / HOW TO START
Clear starting points, scoped to operating fit.
These indicative prices make the commercial path visible while keeping the final scope tied to the workflow, roles, sources and control boundaries.
Network Operations Assessment
Define the operating problem, roles, sources, permissions and outcome that matter.
- Current workflow and visibility gaps
- Role and approval map
- Source and freshness assessment
- Candidate pilot outcome
Controlled Workflow Pilot
Test one bounded operating flow against explicit success and governance criteria.
- One agreed workflow
- Limited users and source scope
- Human review throughout
- Evidence before expansion
Modular Network Rollout
Expand workflows, roles, sources and approved integrations after fit is demonstrated.
- Additional operating modules
- Role and permission configuration
- Governance and audit controls
- Separately approved integrations
Indicative pricing only. Final fees depend on the approved scope, roles, workflows, data readiness, integrations, security, support and usage. Taxes and third-party charges—including OpenAI API and hosting—are excluded unless expressly included in a signed proposal. No price, timeline, service level or outcome is committed until a written scope and order are approved.
07 / TRUST AND GOVERNANCE
Designed to make the operating boundary visible.
Governance should be understandable in the working view, not hidden inside technical language.
- 01Each role sees only the scope it is permitted to use.
- 02The source and freshness of important information remain visible.
- 03A recommendation does not become an automatic action.
- 04Integrations are designed and approved separately.
- 05Important decisions and changes remain traceable.
DATA SCOPE
Your data stays within the governed scope you approve.
Each NMW OS deployment is scoped to the company sources, user roles and operating workflows approved for that engagement.
OpenAI states that data sent to its API is not used to train or improve its models unless the customer explicitly opts in.
If a deployment is verified to use an OpenAI project with Zero Data Retention enabled, eligible requests exclude customer content from abuse-monitoring logs, subject to OpenAI’s documented endpoint, feature and safety limitations.
Any capability requiring application-state retention is disclosed and approved separately.
OpenAI API data controlsRetention controls are verified for each approved implementation.
08 / COMMON QUESTIONS
Questions network leaders ask before starting.
Does NMW OS replace our current tools?
No. It is positioned as an operating layer around approved dashboards, files, conversations and records. The exact source arrangement is defined during assessment.
Do we need an API to begin?
Not necessarily. An assessment or controlled pilot can begin with a limited, approved source process. Any connector or API is a separate design, security and approval decision.
Does the assistant execute actions automatically?
No. The intended assistant can explain, recommend or prepare a draft within scope. Sending, escalation, approval and material record changes remain human-controlled.
Do the interface and permissions change by role?
Yes. Role-aware visibility is central to the operating model. The final role map and permissions are configured and validated for the approved scope.
Can we start with only one workflow?
Yes. Starting with one difficult-to-see or difficult-to-follow workflow is the preferred way to test operating fit before a modular rollout.
A practical first step
Start with one operating problem—not a massive transformation.
Bring us one workflow that is difficult to see, assign or follow up. We will help define the roles, sources, approvals and pilot outcome.
